I had a mixed experience at Taksim Square Hotel. The location was fantastic, being right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. However, the service and breakfast left a lot to be desired, with staff being less than welcoming and the food not living up to expectations. Room cleanliness was inconsistent, and I often felt disappointed with how things were handled during my stay.

I booked a deluxe room with a city view. While the size was decent, I found the air conditioning inadequate. it barely reached my bed, making for uncomfortable nights. Additionally, the lighting was poorly designed, leaving one side of the room dim.

The reception service left much to be desired. I often had to remind staff about basic necessities like towels and water. It was frustrating when I was informed I'd have to pay for water just three hours before checkout.
